It all starts with a DOT!

Filed under: Tech Talk

Life starts with a dot but while living this life we often fail to connect many dots……….

 We(Sohail and I) at our little venture Ideas Hut seek to and invite all of you to connect all such dots that can potentially make a beautiful picture.

Keep checking this space for further details about what Ideas Hut is all about!

  5. Alright, that does sound interesting.

    Surprisingly enough my Google Reader brought up your blog over as Recommended blog, and I thought I might as well see what it talks about, and how it got popular to the point of becoming a recommended blog.

    I guess, google reader has a way of sensing what subscriptions you’ve already made and based on that it makes its recommendation. I am glad I found it. I’ve subscribed to all three of the blogs, ideashut, yours and suhails, and will be looking forward to seeing what ideas are shared and improved on this blog.

    Can I ask you something? What you guys are most motivated by? Ideashut’s concept tells me, its clearly isn’t money. Either I completely missed on the business model, or there isn’t one. It looks more like a social utility? How sustainable is it? looking forward to hearing

  7. @Suleman

    First of all, Welcome to my blog :) and thanks for subscribing to our blogs. You are right Suleman….when Sohail and I came up with Ideas Hut…we didn’t have any business model in mind…in fact it’s still no there. Ideas Hut is sort of discussion forum and it doesn’t seem to cost us more to have one such forum so, it’s pretty sustainable. However, still if we ever face problems sustaining it after it’s out of its beta version, then we can always use Google Ads :) But again, that is also something, that both Sohail and I do not prefer to have….because google ads tend to make the site look cumbersome :)

    @Kamran

    Thanks Kamran. I’m slow on updates partly because of the workload (not of Ideas Hut but of the full-time job) and partly because of my laziness…i guess I’m having writer’s block these days :) Will try updating soon InshAllah

    Welcome to my blog and thanks for wishing us luck :) . I checked out this site. It seems to be different from Ideas Hut for some reasons. Ideas Hut is open for ALL…neone can come, contribute ideas, participate in discussions and pick up any idea for implementation. Support i feel people will be able to get on Ideas Hut too to some extent once the like minded people start collaborating :)

    @Asma
