I do agree with u that we tend to ignore our families because they r generally very understanding and accommodating. I also agree that we work hard to deliver the project/product in time but often organizations do not really pay us for working extra. It has become a trend to pay resources for 9 hrs but expect them to work 19 hrs….day’n'night and they plan accordingly…..the concept of “overtime” is diminishing now and with that we end up becoming machines because we know we will emerge as winners in the corporate race if we work for long hours.
